In the last years I had the opportunity to be the UX Director for JAM3 EMEA where I had the chance to shape our UX vision, approach and processes. Advocating for ux across the company and support growth within the team.

I believe UX is not just a capability but a culture that impacts inside and outside an organization.

At MediaMonks I led teams on an array of different projects, constantly moving from UX for consumer experiences to B2B platforms with 3rd party integrations, brand ecosystems and digital campaigns.

I always had a knack for analysis and practicing Service Design at Fjord turned this predisposition into a super power.

I teach Design Thinking in two universities in Milan and Turin and I love it, cause it helps me to better understand the value of Design and to better express it to an unfamiliar audience.

From client relations, to team leading, to mentorship, I believe in Human Capital to the bones.

I DESIGNED STORIES BEYOND SCREENS: INTERACTIVE EXPERIENCES WITH BEATING HEART STORIES

I started as Interaction Designer at TODO in Italy working on both digital and physical interactions, designing visitor experiences and interactive exhibits, but also apps and websites with a story to tell.

A 2-meters-tall hourglass, a remotely controlled robot and an Arduino Starter Kit. A great variety of experiences tied together by UX.

Born and raised in Italy, in a medieval town in the Maremma, I lived at -40 in Finland, cycled against the wind in Denmark, sipped Earl Grey in UK and kissed the Blarney’s stone in Ireland.

Design Thinking is my job but not my exclusive passion: I love thick books, uncommon maps and I volunteer in an alternative cinema here in Amsterdam.

Sometimes I write design stories for UX Italics.
